Our services are designed to deliver high-quality headshots and other profile photos tailored to your needs. Due to the digital and customizable nature of our services, we have specific guidelines for handling refunds and revisions:

Refund Eligibility

  1. Before Production: Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made before production has started on the ordered product. Once production has begun, we cannot offer refunds.
  2. Faulty Product: If the final product is faulty or significantly different from the example shown during the ordering process, we will offer a re-production of the service at no additional cost. A product is considered faulty if it is blurred, improperly exposed, or incorrectly rendered due to technical issues on our part.

Revision Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the initial outcome, we offer a free second run, please contact us under support@profilebakery.com.

Process for Requesting Revisions or Refunds

To request a revision or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@profilebakery.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Include any relevant evidence (such as screenshots or detailed descriptions) to support your claim.
  3. Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Approval

  • All requests will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
  • After a refund is granted, the disputed images will be deleted from our servers, latest after 30 days.

Limitation on Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once production has started.
  • Refunds or revisions do not apply if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information at the time of order.
  • We do not issue refunds based on personal taste or subjective reasons that do not meet the criteria specified above.
